Our dedicated trainers will provide a structured demonstration of the key elements of pneumatic and gas cordless tool safety, giving your staff all the information and guidance they need to operate tools safely, whilst also reducing your exposure to potential health and safety issues.

Course materials

In addition to training, we will provide extensive materials designed for your workplace, to support the importance of the 9 golden rules of safe working with nailing and stapling tools.

Certification

Certificates and ID cards are available for all those passing the course for added assurance that they are trained to use the tools safely.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion prize draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, its agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Entries must not be sent in through Agents or third parties. Proof of age may be required.
  2. The promotion will run from 00:00 9th March 2015 to 23:59 30th April 2015.
  3. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
  4. To enter and take part in this prize draw, participants need to register at www.bostitch.co.uk/wintickets and complete their details.
  5. Entries must be received by 23:59 30th April 2015. Inclusive entries received after this date will not be entered in the prize draw.
  6. The promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and not entered in the prize draw.
  7. Winners will be selected fortnightly from 9th March to 30th April 2015 by the promoter and will be contacted by email / mobile phone within 14 days of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact the winner.
  8. The prize available to be won is a £150 voucher for stubhub.co.uk. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the products for products of equivalent monetary value and size. The prizes are non-transferrable to a third party not entered in the promotion.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will be found on the website www.bostitch.co.uk/wintickets.
  10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
  11. Subject to their written consent winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further recompense.
  12. All taxes that may be incurred as a result of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and elected friend and in entering the draw the participant is responsible to comply with local laws, to the extent that local laws apply.
  13. The Promoter agrees that it will in relation to any personal data processed in connection with this promotion comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and process such data only insofar as is necessary for the purpose of performing its obligations and in accordance with its privacy policy, a copy of which can be requested from the promoter or at www.bostitch.co.uk.
  14. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its associate companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
    1. any postponement or cancellation of the promotion, and
    2. any changes to, supply of, or use of the prize, and
    3. any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.
  15. The promoter will use the winner’s and each entrants personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion.
  16. This promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and both you the entrant and the promoter irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
