BOSTITCH are proud to introduce the next generation of carton closer. Lightweight and compact, the new carton closer offers the convenience of working absolutely anywhere, with impressive speed and power to rival any traditional tape applicator. This highly portable tool is designed to close boxes of various sizes quickly and securely, and can easily be transported from job to job.

Available in two models, both the 15/19mm and 19/22mm tools are powered by 10.8V/1.3Ah Li-Ion rechargeable battery packs which can drive up to 800 staples per charge. What’s more, each carton closer is conveniently supplied with two battery packs. This allows for a continuous run-time, as one battery can be charged whilst the other is used to power the tool.

The new BOSTITCH DSA-3519 drives 15 and 19mm staples, and the DSA-3522 drives 19 and 22mm staples, in order to produce a neater and more robust seal than traditional tape closers can provide. Quick release magazines feature on both models, allowing swift staple re-loading, whilst an intuitive staple closure adjustment, or ‘clinch’, ensures that the staple profile is correct for every carton, diminishing the risk of waste from operator trial and error.

As the only brand with a full range of cordless, pneumatic and manual carton closers, and the market leader in fastening innovation, BOSTITCH have equipped the new tool with a variety of practical features as standard. These include:

Market-leading Li-Ion battery technology is at the heart of the new BOSTITCH cordless carton closer. The batteries have a 33% longer run-time than other 3Ah batteries of a similar size and weight, and are ideal for high-load, repetitive applications. When not in use, the batteries have a very slow loss of charge, and can also be topped up whether they are fully or only partially discharged.
