  1. The Toshiba Television prize draw will be effective over a four month period between 01 September 2009 to 31 December 2009. No cash or voucher alternative will be offered.
  2. To qualify for the prize draw entrants must return a fully completed entry form or complete the online entry form at www.bostitch.co.uk. Entries must be received by Stanley Bostitch by 5th January 2010 to qualify.
  3. The draw is not open to Employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw. We reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, or delayed for whatever reason.
  5. We reserve the right to amend the draw dates or withdraw the promotion at any time. Notice of any such amendment or withdrawal will be published on our website at www.bostitch.co.uk.
  6. Stanley Bostitch reserve the right to change the prize for this draw at any time.
  7. The winners of the prize draw may be published on www.bostitch.co.uk and used for promotional purposes unless the winners instruct not to do so.
  8. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter.
  9. In administering this prize draw, the Promoter will treat all information provided by the customer as confidential and in so doing complies with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
  10. The Promoter of this draw is Stanley UK Sales Ltd of Gowerton Road, Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4 7BW. The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and the amended terms can be found on our website at www.bostitch.co.uk. Your participation in the draw will be deemed acceptance of any amended terms published on the website from time to time.
  12. This promotion is for one prize draw per month as shown in 1 above and limited to one prize draw entry per customer and the prize must be sent to a UK address, with only one entry per household.
  13. Prizes may take up to 28 days for delivery.
  14. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then they will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
