Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Upon registering a tool for 7 year warranty the individual will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win up to £500 of Stanley Bostitch products.
  2. The draw will take place once every calendar year and the winner will be drawn at random from all registrations received in the previous 12 months.
  3. The winning entrant may select any Stanley Bostitch product(s) (subject to availability) up to the value of £500 at consumer list price.
  4. Only one order may be placed and will only be shipped to a single UK address.
  5. Entrants must be aged 18 or above.
  6. Only fully completed warranty registration forms will be accepted for entry.
  7. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Products are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  8. Winners will be notified by a letter from Stanley Bostitch within 14 days of the draw being made. The prize must be claimed within one month of notification.
  9. An independent third party will make the draw.
  10. Only one entry per tool registration.
  11. The prize draw is not open to employees of Stanley Works or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation and running of the competition or their direct family members.
  12. The winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity in connection with the Draw, which shall include a photograph of the winners receiving their prize.
  13. By participating in the Draw, you agree that no claim shall be asserted against Stanley Bostitch in respect of any and all loss, injury or damage that may result from negligent use of the prize.
